“More than two-thirds of Americans hope the Supreme Court will overturn some or all of the 2010 health care law, according to a new poll conducted by The New York Times and CBS News. Just 24 percent said they hoped the court 'would keep the entire health care law in place.'"
reveals that the majority of Americans want ObamaCare put to bed. A hefty 68 percent of those polled want to see the Court strike down at least part of ObamaCare, including 41 percent who think the Court should overturn the entire law. Although the Supreme Court Justices will decide the validity of ObamaCare based on constitutional merits, the poll reveals an interesting aversion to the health care law.
