In three significant cases before the Supreme Court – Hosanna-Tabor Church v. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on religious liberty, United States v. Jones on warrantless GPS search, and Sackett v. Environmental Protection Agency on rights to challenge regulatory agents actions – the court has unanimously rejected the Obama administration’s position.
