Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell
says it’s an uphill battle in the fight to repeal the health care law fronted by President Obama. Nonetheless, McConnell has mentioned he would support using budget reconciliation rules to repeal it, which would prohibit Senate filibusters and require only 51 votes to succeed.
