Greg Craig Proves Why Kagan Should Share Her Views on the Constitution

On ABC's This Week, Glenn Greenwald asked some pointed questions to former White House Counsel and Kagan defender, Greg Craig. While I may disagree with Greenwald about many things, I am in complete agreement with him about the necessity of Kagan announcing her views on the Constitution. Craig's stumbling answer to Greenwald's simple questions provides all the evidence one should need to agree.
